Not so clean and good condition very poor hotel

Friendly and helpful check-in even though I was very late - just before 1am - and only booked an hour or so before arrival. Lots of wind noise from road side - but there was a storm blowing through. There is no transfer to airport, but Reception helped me get a taxi; they had it arrive within five minutes of my asking (impressive considering it was 6.30am) and it cost a shade under 100 lira on the meter.

First of all it took us 10 mins to find the main entrance. The door was broken. There was scrapped furniture in front of our room, no room cleaning service, not helpfull at all. ONly Mila was helpful the night shift guy was not at all. Its not a Hotel just a hostel mismanged. Not recommended at all. Dont waste your money and time.

The service is excellent! The staff is amazingly professional and cordial. Although it's a small hotel, the service they provide to their customers might not be received even in large and costly hotels.

Was as expected. Did the job for being an airport hotel. 1 night is fine for arrivals or departures. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Provided snacks in room as well.

Very nice and clean room! Love it. Comfortable bed. Helpful reception desk clerk. Others were too young and didnt speak english. The room had all the amenities: hair drier, fridge, free water, coffee and pastries. There were hotel slippers and a bunch of shampoos etc. great surprise! The entrance of the hotel doesnt look like one. The reception desk needs some updates as well. Other floors were either old or renovating. Great transfer service! Great service for value!
