Loads of people who were not quests at the House came over and held a noisy party in the parking area and house. I didn't feel save. They left at 11 o'clock

The location is great, the is peace and comfort the room was value for money

Nothing really, staff was OK not so friendly but did what they need to

No breakfast, even a single tea bag in the kitchen, not tissue in the bathroom!

The property doesn’t look like the pictures on the advertisement

Upon arrival, we were not greeted in a friendly or with much enthusiasm the lady at the front was not very keen on assisting us or you could say not in the mood. The booking was made for 6 people in the family room as shown in the booking confirmation we were expecting 3 queen beds. The lady at the front desk said, but you booked for 4? After sorting out the confusion on their side we were taken to the room. Disgusted is a nice word for what we thought of the room. Bed one bed made untidy with a thin duvet on top that does not fit the bed size, and only one pillow is provided. Bed 2 NO BEDDING PROVIDED Only one flat sheet was provided. COUCHES (for the other 2 quests and not another bed no bedding was provided. In the broken cupboard, there was a duvet provided with no cover on it and a blanket. The bathroom door was broken and therefore could not close. We had a huge kitchen with NO cups for coffee, only 2 glasses no plates nothing, what is the point of having this kitchen? When we went to reception to get pillows blankets etc that were not provided we waited very long and it felt like our request annoyed the lady. The room was not at all like the photos at all!!! It was not clear if the pool as shown in the photos (which was a great selling point) was available for us to use so we didn't. We also didn't feel like asking as everything was too much effort. When we showed the lady the booking confirmation she just said oh it's a mistake that's not correct. We made the booking for my sister's 21st which was a very special event and we just felt so disappointed. We were not provided with enough toilet paper only one used roll we had to go buy. We were not provided with a dustbin, so could not through our takeaways away, NO towels were provided we had to dry our bodies, faces, etc with the dress I was wearing before showering. In the photo the bed with the duvet was neater we did sit on it I wanted to show the photo of the bedding that was on it.
