I enjoyed myself everything was good and excellent

There is no wi-fi

No breakfast

By 12:00 after checkout the lady burst into our room now I will pay the extra fee ... But they don't have any care for you're privacy after making arrangements

1st night no aircon, no tv everything not working, second nighty was better

I think this is a place for the fun, openminded but still descrete people, everyone get's a long with each other very well, staff is wonderfull, friendly faces anywhere etc, this place has been my favourite for quite a while, no issues, and fussy people can rather go pay R4000 for a place with no personality. Erasmus manor is very affordable, quiet, neat and most def accomodating. This place doesn't get the appreciation it deserves AT ALL... ENOUGH SAID

Carpets are dirty and suffy, you must keep asking for toilet paper whenever it's finished. There was no water, so the facility didn't have alternative to help provide water for drinking or bathing. I had to spend money to buy 5litres of water to drink and stay clean. It's only after 2 days where they brought water from the swimming pool so we are able to flush the toilet. I was there for a week, Saturday there was no electricity and when you ask the staff they didn't have an answer as to what is going on? I was literally sitting in the dark without knowing what when will the electricity be back. The place should be downgraded to 0 Star because it really doesn't match the standard. I wanted to drive back home but it was too late.

The location

Very disappointed. Rundown and dirty. Paid for a 3 bed room but only 2 beds. Advertised as fully airconditioned but non. TV did not work. Noisy with a party above the room
