Erasmus manor Guest House

The rooms had a fridge, microwave, kettel n the other room had a sink, there were no flies

EVERYTHING, Firstly the resort didn't even have a record of our booking, our booking dates were incorrect, we were not given the room that we booked on the app, as a result I had difficulties with the stairs n that section of the rooms was claustrophobic for me, we had to ask them for toilet rolls, there were no little toiletries, no towel in one room, no aircons, there were no bins in the rooms or bathrooms, there was no means of communication with reception unless with our own phones.

Aircon doesn't work. We landed from the USA drove to location.no wifi to let family know we are safe. Not of noise till late in the night.and after spending 34 hours on flights it's just not good

Inconvenience about the rooms..booked 3 beds,a family room found 2 beds…There cockroaches in the facility..They wanted me to pay R200 more of the money I booked saying the rooms I booked were not available

The location was nice as it was close to where I needed to be.

It was dirty. Light switch not working. Aircon not working.

I liked what i saw on facebook thats why i booked erasmus later was transferred to valley lodge

The fact that we were tranferred to a brothel told all the rooms were fully booked at erasmus, their service is very poor

They at least had clean linen

They advertised or only show the better part of the guest house, they did not show all the rooms but only showed two of their good rooms out of the four rooms we had booked. We booked four rooms and I would have appreciated it if they had been transparent and shown us pictures of the other rooms that we would be given.
