Aircon doesn't work. The fan was iffy, randomly stopped until you moved the power cord. The TV wouldn't work with the provided remote control. Late night arrivals at 2 am were very noisy early Saturday morning, followed by more noises at 7:30 am. A business meeting downstairs was very raucous untill they finally left at 10pm. I had to park outside the property until they vacated. The hot water was barely warm enough to shower. The WiFi was actually okay, but not everywhere in the room.
