Dirty, poor condition. We did not even book in. No towels no toilet paper. Very bad rot your image

The location was okay. The bathroom was clean although the toilet paper was a bit limited in quantity.

The room was tatty and needs serious renovation. There were holes in the carpet missing tiles and the curtain rails were damaged. The microwave was not cleaned and the turntable didn't work. To get the fridge working there was an extension cable laid across the floor from a socket on another wall. Running the fridge made use of the microwave and kettle impossible. There was a connecting door (locked) between the room and reception. Through this we could hear the staff and possibly guests laughing and socialising until late. Since we had to get up early this was unacceptable. There was a single bed placed directly across the entrance door making ingress and egress difficult.

Safety hazards, no breakfast no coffee in room, lawnmowers etc in kitchen and people sleeping in the reception area.

We actually booked another place and left sooner. It was terrible. Even the pillow covers were torn. it was not clean and the place had a bad smell. I would not recommend a stay here at all.

The place is beautiful but needs a little bit of love. It is not well taken care of. The staff was friendly and willing to assist.
