Doesn’t even look the same as the photos. This place is a dump

When calling to confirm the booking, the person on the other side sounded drunk and could not manage to answer any of my questions. Upon arrival, the receptinist was barefoot and unprofessional on another level. The condition of the premises and allocated room appeared materially inconsistent with reasonable expectations of hygiene, safety, and professional accommodation standards. Due to these concerns, I vacated within approximately 40 minutes. The place was filthy and dirty and smelled really bad, my alergies flaired up immedately and it was extremely unpleasant. Issues included mold contamination, stained bedding (yellow and brown marks), structural deterioration, questionable fire equipment presentation, and significant maintenance and housekeeping neglect. Given the nature of the concerns, I have submitted formal complaints to the relevant authorities for inspection. I respectfully request: Confirmation that the listing will undergo internal quality review in accordance with Booking.com’s platform standards.

Nothing your girl at the desk need to learn mannners and r weespect and how to talk to clients not matter what language they speak or how they look! Needs a lot of work in the building. Building is strictly unsafe near what I think they advertised as a restaurant or something the floor of roof platform is completed fallen in on itself
