I did not sleep over, They said i did not pay

Poor service

Location to the hospital Room was clean

Only two small towels, One plug for TV, fan, heater, kettle etc. Gardens, house and furniture in a poor state. Carpets holes in and worn out.

Booking.com should remove this guest house from their list to save their reputation. No foot mat at the shower or bath. No dustbins. No waterproof on the mattress...only one sheet directly on the old mattress. Too few towels. Pool is non- existing. Toilet paper wasn't even put in the bathroom....but was on the bed. No shampoo. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE....

If they take better care and do some maintenance it can be a nice place.

The staff were not helpful. Rooms were not ready when we arrived. Had to wait for towels and toilet paper. Never received the towels. There was a half smoked cigarette in one of the rooms. Made it feel like the place was very dirty.

The room was impressive

I had to go and ask for tissue, it should be in the room already

I really liked the scenery it was beautiful, and the outdoor area was lovely.

The rooftop deck floor is in a dangerous state and appears to be collapsing. over the course of our stay, I approached the staff to ask a question, I stepped onto the deck and fell, injuring myself. This is a serious safety hazard, and if it’s not addressed urgently, someone could get seriously hurt.
