"once was enough"

Modern building, nice room although no closet space, good breakfast - the hotel was fully booked so it was crowded but the staff refilled the food fast

It was a hot weekend and the AC didn´t work. Come to find out that it is set to 23 degrees and you cannot change it. With 3 people in a small room it felt uncomfortable. Same goes for the neighborhood. It was our first time in Düsseldorf and we were shocked by the dirty roads and loitering poor individuals on our way to the next station.
