We drove in Gorontalo, and the parking is free. Very nice 👍

The lift somehow does not go down to the basement carpark, but it could go up from the basement.

The pick of the hotels in Gorontalo. Quite new and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here, although we only stayed one night - next time it will be longer

I love the service. Everything was perfect and the service was so good, especially the house keeping. And the airco on my room was very cold, exacly what i like. Because the weather in Gorontalo was super super dry and hot.

When we first arrived at the hotel, i was expecting that it was very cool and cold. But no, it was very very hot. Like the airco was offline? It look liked the airco was offline or that the airco was very low status. But when i was in my room the airco was super.

Chose this hotel merely due to its name. Location wise still ok, only many potholes on the access road, neighbourhood drainage system was very bad. Services Ok, hotel facilities /amenities Ok Two drawbacks : 1. My shower room was badly smell ! And the smell lingered in every corner of the room. Thankfully problem solved very quick. My credit to the respective staffs 2. Upon my complaint two of the staffs offered me to move to the other room. Surprisingly the only available room (they said) was smoking room. Then I told them that I had membership of four international hotel chain and my experiences all hotels offered upgrade for any complaints or any other problems. Then they responded to upgrade me to the junior suite. I refused the offer since for me it was far from my understanding of hospitality. Will think twice to stay in this hotel in the future
