Only 1 hand towel for 2 pax We can hear the voice from the people next door

Nothing at all

- the whole bathroom smelt like the sewers, the smell was coming from the shower drain and floor drain, pretty much made it unbearable to stay in the bathroom. Was staying with the family which were in 2 other separate rooms and they all had the smell, so it wasn’t isolated - bed sheets were never changed despite leaving the change sheet pamphlet on the bed, the same yellow stains that were there from before was still there, so clearly they didn’t bother - dirty bed sheets with stains on them - the “new” hotel slippers had random brown stains on it - booked this room months in advance and selected the king bed option only to get 2 singles in the room

The room was nicely done up, clean and the bed was excellent. The stay overall was brief but comfortable

Excellent hôtel with a very professional staff. The best in Gorontalo and is provinsi. All the staff is very kind and the rooms are pretty clean / spacious. The value os great with an international standard. We will stay again there without hesitation.
