The breakfast is surprisingly wonderful and the hotel is clean. The bedsheet is soft. They had cheap laundry which was a promotion when we were there. The price is reasonable too. Would be staying there again if we ever visit Gorontalo again.

I have stayed at other hotels before Aston Gorontalo but I needed to put their review first as I think they deserve it. Aston Gorontalo is a gem of a place in Gorontalo. I have not stayed at any other hotels but I can vouch for A.G. Check in took a bit of time but it was mainly I didn't have prior reservation. The staff is very very helpful. FnB is super good. The hotel is kept spotless by cleaning staff and its a good property to walk around especially near pool area. I will not think twice to book here if I am going there again. All the very best to their whole team and good work by their management.

Very good hotel, location, facilities and service from the staff is amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Gorontalo. Special thanks to Ridwan who taking care of us during our trip to gorontalo.

stayed at aston gorontalo for 3 days, booked 2 room. at 30 nov to 3 dec 2022 best hotel in gorontalo, no doubt, food was good, bed was very good, and good service by aldi at breakfast who took the extra mile to serve us. however some complaints 1. bathroom and sink is covered in Mold. yes black green mold. 2. sometimes the food will not be refilled at breakfast at around 9am 3. due to our mistake, on our last day, we forgot to book a room with breakfast. so when we went to breakfast, the staff could’ve waited until we finished breakfast to settle the mistake, instead we got chased like a thief. 4. during our stay, tried a couple of times to get a double room to no avail. had to settle for twin. overall we will stay here again, since it is the best hotel in gorontalo.

A little bit to expensive compared to other Hotels in that category in Indonesia. No tours offered. They conveyed us a guide who was very unprofessionell, unexperienced, expensive, unmotivated and not transparent with the non included costs. Please never recommend Mr. "Istar" again. Thanks.

The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable and the breakfast had was very tasty and had plenty of variety. What stood out though was the service, as the hotel was able to help arrange a whale shark tour on very short notice and everyone was very accommodating and friendly to our family. A special shout-out to Nur for being so helpful and nice and going above and beyond.

This is my third stay at this hotel since its opening. This hotel provides comfort bed, clean bathroom, friendly and fast response staff and delicious foods with many options. Great hotel to consider if You visit Gorontalo.
