The only thing we liked was leaving the hotel 5 minutes after checking in.

From dark and dingy reception to the disgusting, unclean bedding there’s lots to dislike. There were hairs all in the bed, holes in the sheets, walls were all stained as was the pillows that were are yellow/grey colour. Bugs running up the walls, wardrobe door just completely hanging off and felt very unsafe in the hotel as well as the surrounding area. When explaining to the man on reception he was very dismissive and extremely rude in reply to our concerns. He added the room we were given was actually an upgrade on what we had originally booked so god knows what that other room would have been like!!

The staff were nice to and friendly to begin with.

The room did not look like the photos and was very dirty and outdated. There were stains on the bed, walls and curtains and the area was very loud and hectic.

no restaurant or breakfast. doesnt have laundry service like its booking page claims Wifi sucks no daily cleanup or fresh towels no explanation of how to use safe backed up yo s mosque with VERY loud loudspeakers

1. Upgrade to a room with AC. Although I am pretty sure when I booked the room, it did say room with AC. 2. Location was great, right beside Majestic bus stand, lot of food and travel options. 3. Check out time was postponed to 12:30, instead of the usual 11 am. 4. If you order food online, it will be delivered directly to you room.

1. The rooms were nothing like what it is shown in the pictures. The pictures are completely misleading. The pictures look like the rooms are large and well decorated, reality is exactly the opposite. 2. The bed sheets were not clean, with coffee and black stains. 3. The room was not clean either. There was a chocolate wrapper lying on the floor, and there were black stains on the wall. 4. The pictures indicate an attached restaurant, which is also misleading. The restaurant is closed and currently undergoing renovation. I have pictures for 2 and 3, if anyone is interested (see attached). Overall not value for money. Had this been a Rs 1200/night hotel, I wouldn't have cared. But the total cost was 5000 for 2 nights, which is too expensive for the quality of rooms
