I have precesily mentioned checkin timing as 7 am Although the booking was confirmed over watsapp Staff has clearly rejected the request

I was with my kids and family we were stranded for 1 hr outside the hotel

The experience was far from what was advertised, it looks like a luxurious place but when you arrive it's a dingy room with a MUSTY smell. The bathroom is not ventilated and smells like pipes. I was very disappointed and when I told them there was a mistake with the room, they "justified" saying that the photos posted in the web are from a new hotel and that's why they are different. Also the TV is not working. Only if you like non expected qualities and cockroaches, this is the place for you! (don't come please). I attach the pictures of what we found when we arrived compared to what we booked through Booking.

Ashish helped me a lot with the room and answered all my questions

Basic but comfortable. Good value for money.
