While I had booked and paid in advance for this, I was not allowed to use it as check in time was not flexible. I even called them before asking about the speicifc timing I would arrive so should I book early.

Very good location near the main bus Kerala state,the private bus companies and metro station;

Bed not comfortable.TV does not work

This was the best value for money I have had so far on this trip. The staff were positive, helpful, and friendly, while still respecting personal boundaries. The room was clean, the bed was the most comfortable I have had for a while, and hot water instantly in the shower. There was no noise either from the other rooms, nice solid walls. I would like to thank the staff, for the stay.

the location was convenient

Amenities listed on Booking.com were missing (no TV, no intercom, no bottled water). The room interior was poorly maintained with broken furniture edges and an unpleasant smell. Forced full payment at late-night check-in and no response on refund for unused days.
