The hotel is located in a market area, so food, shopping, and transport are easily accessible.

This is one of the poorest hostel-style stays I have experienced. The property has very poor maintenance, and there are only around four staff members managing the entire hotel. The staff themselves are polite, but the number of staff is not enough to properly maintain all the rooms. Main issues: Rooms had cockroaches; we needed insect spray just to sleep peacefully. Parking is difficult because the parking area is in the basement and very tight. Strong cigarette smell throughout the corridor. Food waste was left unattended. Even basic replacements or complaints took almost a full day. TV was not working. Bathroom door was not functioning properly. Bathroom mirror was broken. Overall hygiene was very poor.

Too worst - booked A/C room and gave non A/c
