Location is centre and accessible. Many eateries are close by. Some staff members were sincere and responded to queries promptly. 24 hours hot water supply.

Rooms need renovation. Although superficially maintained clean, there were cockroaches. The pictures posted are deceptive and rooms only partly look like what is posted on the website. The door lock was loose, there was dust on window panes, only one lift was functional. It might be an old budget hotel, but pest control, refurbishment and maintenance is required.

Location

While it may seem fair, I checked in and found no cable, AC not working, no toiletories, tea/coffee options etc. Went down to reception and was told I chose a non AC room wiith none of the above facilities. The difference b/t A/C & non A/C rooms was hardly Rs. 100. I would have certainly paid the extra Rs. 100. SO MY COMPLAINT IS THAT WHILE BOOKING IT IS MIS LEADING & NOT SUFFICIENTLY HIGHLIGHTED. My suggestion is also that they should have all AC rooms since they have AC's installed in all rooms.
