Los camastros y el Kayak

Que el personal era muy poco y no estaban al pendiente del hotel y se veía un poco descuidado Y si está lejos del centro de Bacalar los taxis son muy caros del hotel para el centro la unica forma es ir en carro

Entrada directa a la laguna

El servicio pésimo, no te dan toallas secas y limpias aunque tenga una pila. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, no tienen nevera y apenas muebles. No te explican que los miércoles la laguna está cerrada y no hay ningún servicio que no sea el desayuno. Se nota que está bastante dejado.
