Procuran cuidar el ambiente lo más posible, el acceso a la laguna

Todo excelente, solo como gusto personal estaría de lujo columpios y/o hamacas dentro de la laguna

Hotel ligt prachtig aan het meer net buiten Bacalar. Heerlijk rustige plek. Mooie nette grote kamer met balkon. Mooi zwembad. Goed ontbijt, lekker eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Gratis gebruik van kayak.

Alles was goed. Koelkast op kamer zou fijn zijn.

La situació amb el embarcadero es espectacular, un oasi amb esmorzar correcte i habitacions comfortables. Molt recomanable

Com a millora, potser algun recanvi com les hamaques o material complementari. L’entrada pels cotxes pot ser una mica perillosa

Habitación muy limpia y personal muy amable.

Horario limitado para coger los Kayak y paddle. Deberían de tener más. Alejado de la zona más bonita de la laguna.
