Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at this property. Special mention for Bhawana Rai who took extra efforts to make us feel at home. She is a great asset to Westin. It's rare to find someone with such hospitality! Shikha from the restaurant section was also extremely warm.

NO OTHER HOTEL BEATS THE HOSPITALITY THAN WESTIN. IE BEEN TO THIS HOTEL THIRD TIME AND EVERY TIME I FELL OVERWHELMED WITH THE RESPONSE OF THE STAFF, AMBIENCE AND COMFORT. PERFECT LOCATION AND BEST HOTEL TO STAY IN NORTH GOA. KUDOS TO ALL THE WESTIN STAFF TEAM FOR SERVICE AND RESPONSE FOR THE REQUESTS MADE BY ME AND MY FAMILY.

This was a wonderful experience! Great food & drinks, lots of activities for everyone, the staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean, the housekeeping team is efficient. The property is vibrant and welcoming. Some notable staff members who made our stay supremely comfortable include Yash from the front office, Mohit from the restaurant was a delight, Dipti from the housekeeping team, Chef Gopal and finally the tour de force, Ms. Sharoni Sharma- who heads operations was always available for any request. She is completely hands on and runs a well oiled unit. Kudos to her! Will be back soon!

Excellent Stay , Our Last Night here, as I write this review, we are staying here for 4 nights and despite the long weekend in India and the hotel booked to it's capacity, the staff & service at the hotel is top notch , from the house keeping to the room service. Special Mention to Dianne who was always making sure everyone was ok . Overall great value for Money , great location and excellent service. Only Scope for Improvement can be more sun beds around the pool. We will be back soon.

Had an amazing stay at The Westin Goa for 3 nights with my family of 4. A lovely 5 star property with extremely hospitable staff. The check in was quick. Sristi and Raksha at the front desk made sure that we were checked in without any hassle. We were also upgraded to a Studio Suite with pool view which was extremely spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Bishal from the concierge who helped us with our luggage gave us a run around of the amenities and facilities at the property for our convenience. Dianne , the loyalty manager at the property proactively reached out and recognised my Marriott Bonvoy elite status. She made sure that we had a gala time at the property by giving us access to all the elite facilities available. Bhawana, the resort experience manager was extremely courteous and always available to make our stay at The Westin worthwhile. Our kids had a fabulous time at the pool and the activity zone so much so that we ended up not stepping out of the property to explore North Goa at all. Elvis from F&B was warm and polite and made sure that our requirements were fulfilled. Maitrish and Bablu served us with some amazing cocktails throughout our stay during the elite hours at Haven Bar. The dinner and breakfast spread was lavish. Shakhambari, Micheal and Paladin were extremely attentive and served us with love and smile. We had a spectacular stay overall thanks to the hospitality of the lovely team working at the property.

The hotel has a great location right by the beach and the pool area is lovely. Our room was neat and cleaned. Staff were polite and good. Housekeeping staff Diwakar and Rishab ensured that we were comfortable and got us everything we needed and wanted.Would definitely recommend!!
