The hotel staff are extremely helpful , especially the staff at the restaurant Market place are exceptional . The food is good as well .

During my stay at at westin, I was warmly assisted by Mr. Kirana Panda from the Concierge team. He was polite, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile. From guiding me with local recommendations to arranging small details for my comfort, everything was handled with care and professionalism. His thoughtful service made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Truly grateful for the warm hospitality. All the staff were equally courteous and attentive, and the food was also excellent — making my overall stay very pleasant.

Exceptional falls short if we have to describe our stay at The Westin Goa. We cancelled our stay at Taj since our birthday girl wanted to be near the happening places at Anjuna. And boy did they pamper us all !!! Rarely can everything be so near to perfection. The warm and smiling staff, meticulous service, spacious and well done up rooms and the wonderful ambience. Thanks to Prasad for making our check-in like a breeze and getting us the wonderful upgrade. Special thanks to Utkarsha and team for the well coordinated birthday arrangements for our girl. I just left it to her and it was worth it. Thanks to Yusuf and team for the lavish buffet and meeting our never ending demands with always a yes. Thanks to Abhay for the wonderful cocktails and to Kirana, our concierge for our travel arrangements. But most importantly - special shout out to the entire team for your love which made our stay so special. Kudos to all of you. Will come back soon

Was there last week, this is a great modern property well located. Rooms are good and the service is excellent. A special shout out to Utkarsh, Raksha, Neela and Shakhamhari who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Overall service and experience was nice. Food is good and promises a good dining experience!

Fantastic experience, food and hospitality were awesome. Had the opportunity to leverage the gym, Deepak who was the trainer was very helpful

It was a long weekend and even though Goa was packed, Westin was the best possible choice in terms of location. All the fun places and great restaurants were within a 1 km radius which was very convenient. We stayed in the suite room it was large and as expected. The staff went above and beyond to cater to the kids and our needs. We truly felt the warmth from the staff. Everyone was extremely hospitable, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!!

Stayed at this beautiful resort again few days back and I would say that it’s one of the best resorts in Goa . What makes the property special is the people who walks an extra mile to make you feel special . Special mention to Dianne and the front desk team 👍. The property has an energy to it with Vibrant music playing . The coffee shop has an alfresco area which has a great ambience . The room was well kept . Moderately spacious . Overall had a great stay and shall Be back again at this lovely property @ Sept .

Amazing hotel. The staff is fantastic, always ready to help. Bhawana was especially kind, ensuring our babies got whatever they need in quick time. Big rooms and centrally located to all good restaurants :)
