Great stay! Lovely arrangements celebrated my anniversary and birthday. Great arrangements done by Srishti and Rahul in the Front Office team. Kudos to them for arranging packed breakfast on one of the days we couldn’t make it for breakfast and had to leave early. The small surprises in the room orchestrated by Srishti were really sweet. The front office team truly were great. While we enjoyed all that our package included it was a great treat. The dinner before could be better. Food seemed left unattended and not very fresh. Breakfast was a great spread and highly recommended. Great cocktails after the cocktail hour. During the cocktail hour seemed like the team was bit overwhelmed with the response.

Thank you Westin for the amazing experience. I would especially like to thank an amazing staff - Ashel I believe. She was very friendly and made the most amazing coffee art for my kid. Would love to come back again.

I had the most amazing stay at The Westin Goa while traveling with my girl gang and my 1-year-old daughter. The stay was made incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A special mention to the relationship manager, Bhavan, who was an exceptional host – she was sweet, kind, and attentive, ensuring that all my baby’s requirements were taken care of seamlessly. If you’re in North Goa, The Westin is truly the place to be!

->Area and Surroundings: The hotel is very beautifully located in Anjuna and almost all the happening places, restaurants, lounges and clubs are within 10 mins driving distance. (Naming a few, GOYA, Noah, Mayan, Purple Martini, Clara, Thala Cliff, Bawri etc etc.) In case you are not self-driving, the hotel houses a taxi stand just outside the hotel complex for easy access of guests to nearby areas. So this is one of the hotels which has an open gate lobby still the aircon in the area does not make you feel hot. One more interesting feature was the use of big speakers right at the porch, it sets the tone while entering the property itself. I must once again compliment the lobby area, the height of the ceiling, the placement of the furniture and the openness. It gave a lot of freedom to the guest and not a bound feeling of sophistication. Really an example to many hotels. Also, a first that they offered beers as welcome drinks. (To people who do not consume alcohol, they have other options like cocum drink) I would also like to add, the lobby is even beautiful in the evening after sunset. We had great pics at 11:00 in the night when it was empty and well lit up. [These days even if your pics are bombed by others, it can easily be removed by AI] ->Room: This time I was staying in the Suite room. I was allocated Room 1102, which was on the right side wing, but I opted for 1106 which was on the left side of the wing and just next door to the kids club. This made our life so so easy as the kids were moving in-and-out of the room without fear of getting lost/fall/pinched by the doors. I was very impressed with the, lighting and the color scheme of the room. It was vibrant and lively. The bed was also king size and very comfortable, we also asked for an orthopedic mattress, which was done within few minutes of our request. A rocking chair and an ottoman near the big glass window overlooking the pool is what one could want to start the day with. Last time I stayed in Junior suite and it missed an almirah, but this room had a proper doored closet, I spoilt myself and immediately unpacked to the hangers for my entire suitcase. From palters arrangement, to towel art to special chocolate platters delivered to our room, it was so difficult to come back home after so much pampering. ->Bathroom and Bathing experience: Being a suite room, the bathroom was very good in size and had a two pronged sliding door access from the master bedroom. It had two washbasin and a sperate glass enclsoed WC and Shower area. It also sports a deep sink water tub where kids can enjoy or adults can soak in after late night party. Shaving mirror, electronic safe, hair blower, weighing machine, iron board and iron. Nothing was missed. The water temperature and pressure was really good and pleasant for a perfect freshening bath. ->Hotel and Grounds: The hotel has great reception area as I mentioned before. The pool area of the hotel is also very happening. There are few pool access rooms as well. On the other side there is restaurant and the conference area. The hotel has a very nice kids’ room as well which was really good and entertaining. Our kid enjoyed a lot. Also, the PS4 in kids area were not to be missed. The staff in kid area were engaging and taking good care of the kids. This time also tried the gaming area on the 2nd floor, it had Table Tennis, Fuss Ball Table, Carrom and a billiards table. Moreover this area had a good lounge kind of a feel where the entire family can also sit and enjoy. ->Hotel Staff I was very well greeted by the check-in staff and the check-in check-out process was very quick and smooth. The people at hotel were helpful and warm. They were ever smiling and courteous. I was in touch with them before my arrival and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday perfectly. It was a surprise for her and she was thrilled from morning till night. ->Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was 10/10. The food spread was very huge and the taste was excellent. I would recommend one and all to must try food at the hotel. Even the room service was fantastic. I would also like to thank Mr. Nuramin who specially prepared dishes on our request to match the cravings of our family to make our meals perfect each time. In my package was also Happy Hours in Lobby bar from 5pm to 7 pm. I really enjoyed specialty cocktails from the menu and also the food was lip-smacking. From Chats to Tikkis and even otherwise anything what you feel like, the hotel NEVER SAID NO. ->Special mention: Special mention to Ms. “Dianne Mendonca” (Loyalty manager) who contacted me a day before I arrived and took all the preferences, also made us change the room in other wing and also the mattress. I must say that the decision making capability to satisfy guest is much to be learned from Ms. Dianne, she did not blink twice to make necessary changes and adjustments to ensure we have a lovely and memorable stay. I must also mention Ms. Sharoni Sharma – Director of Operations, who would always greet us smiling and ensuring all goes well with the guests. She would never be short of recommendations for the places. Mr. Dilsher (Dashing) Sing – Who would with his crisp , colorful attire would greet each time and ask us about our well-being and if the stay is going well. He also kept checking with us for our daughters bday and the time we want to cut the cake setup ballons in the room etc. He also arrange special activities for my daughter on her birthday. Mr. Kirana At Front Lobby – Who help solve the rental car issue without wasting anytime and assuring us to proceed and he would take care of anything and everything required.

We had a great event at Westin Goa. Special mention to Munendra & Nidhi for their end-to-end support. Sovon,Star from Banquet team has make sure to make client happy with his team and on time service. Thanks to Hritesh, Durgesh & Sristi from reservation to allocate the rooms on time & give a positive start to guest on arrival.
