The hospitality was top-notch – special thanks to Manager Bhawna and the entire team for making the stay so memorable. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and super professional. The vibe of the place is incredible – luxurious, peaceful, and just perfect in every way. From the rooms to the food to the service, everything was flawless. A must-must-must stay if you're visiting Goa! Can’t wait to come back.

We just concluded a seven-night stay at The Westin Goa, and everything about our experience was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, the customer relations team, especially Bhawana Rai, went above and beyond to accommodate our many dietary restrictions. She created a WhatsApp group with the chefs—Chef Shashi, Chef Vikram, and Chef Srishti—who customized off-menu meals for us every day. Their creativity and dedication meant that we enjoyed a diverse and flavorful spread, from Irish stews to malai tikkas, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The constant communication made it seamless and comforting. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with highlights such as the Asian mushroom soup, fresh dosas, excellent desserts, and a wide range of egg preparations. The fresh juice counter was another delight. At The Market restaurant, the entire team was hands-on—special thanks to Rahul, Chandan, Shakambhari, and Ish. The included cocktail hours (5–7 p.m.) were another highlight, with brilliant mixology by Abhay and Maitrish and a great selection of drinks and snacks. I was celebrating my birthday during this stay, and the team made it extra special with warm wishes and thoughtful touches. The Heavenly Spa was world-class. We opted for a 9-therapy package, which turned out to be excellent value for money. Special thanks to Monika, the spa manager, for her guidance, and to my therapist Medo, who was simply amazing. The Abhyanga (Kerala-style oil massage) and the hot stone therapy were especially memorable and rejuvenating. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Choosing a forest-view room instead of a pool-view was the right decision—it was peaceful and serene. The pool itself was beautifully designed and felt private; we loved spending evenings there, especially while it rained outside. Even though monsoon is not considered peak season in Goa, we found the stay refreshing and magical. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to Chapora Fort (a quick cab ride away), and we even went kayaking just 20 minutes from the property with Mangrove Magic Kayaking, which was an incredible experience. Housekeeping deserves a special mention too—Rohit from housekeeping and Chandan from laundry were both exceptional. Before our checkout, Chef Pankaj and Bhawana personally checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The concierge team was truly outstanding. From small assistance requests like collecting a blinkit order to important needs like arranging a last-minute cab, they were always resourceful. A special thanks to Dipen from the concierge team, who was particularly helpful. Whenever Goa Miles wasn’t available, they promptly arranged quick cabs for us at competitive rates. This reflected what we saw across all departments—the entire Westin team is extremely well-coordinated, motivated, and committed to giving their guests the best possible experience. We have stayed at many different properties across India, but this stay at The Westin Goa truly stood out. The love, care, and attention to detail from the entire team made it a 10/10 experience with zero regrets. We felt so well taken care of and can’t wait to be back.

Our stay at west inn was awesome We were warmly welcomed by BHAWANA (Resort experience manager) The hotel is at a good location in ANJUNA Everything is nearby Hospitality of hotel is amazing They are there as soon as u want them Bhawana was amazing in her work she helped us to find some jaw dropping places nearby for eg : pisco by the beach At the reception u can call and book any place any time u want they are very helpful Would recommend a stay at west inn Last but not the least there breakfast spread is very nice and taste is awesome

I stayed at this property in September 2025, and this review is an unfiltered and honest account of my experience. Having stayed in several Goa hotels including St. Regis, JW Marriott, W Goa, The Lalit, Holiday Inn, and Taj Aguada in Baga Hills, I believe I have a fair understanding of luxury and premium stays in Goa. With that context, I can confidently say this property offers one of the best value-for-money experiences. 📍 Location The location is not exactly beachfront, but just a short five-minute drive from both the beach and the market area. This didn’t bother us much, especially because of the excellent facilities inside the property itself. 🏨 Property & Rooms The property has a grand, airy reception area that sets the tone right away. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. As a Platinum member, I was delighted to receive a suite upgrade — a huge thanks to Yash, who made this possible. Everything about the room was flawless, and I couldn’t have asked for more. 👨‍👩‍👦 Family-Friendliness The property is quite family-friendly, with a decent-sized kids’ play area. A special mention to Trezza (super sweet) , who went above and beyond for my toddler. Even when an activity wasn’t scheduled, she happily engaged with my son and organized activities for him. This kind of personal attention really stands out. They even organized a mocktail mixologist session for kids, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bartender made it extra fun with his friendly and smiley interactions. 🍽️ Food & Dining The buffet spread was good, but this is one area where I feel there’s scope for improvement. While the food itself was tasty, it felt limited compared to properties like JW Marriott and St. Regis. For example, during one lunch buffet (likely due to low occupancy), there was only one vegetarian dish, which was a letdown. The Happy Hours menu also felt a bit monotonous — it would be great to see healthier options like salads included. That being said, the quality of food was still very good, and Westin as a brand usually excels in hospitality, which showed here too. One pleasant surprise was that my package included one-time complimentary mini bar consumption, which I found generous. 🏊 Facilities & Amenities The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The property also has a gym, fish-feeding area, and kids’ facilities, all of which were well designed and enjoyable. Everything about the property radiates positive vibes, and it truly feels like a premium resort. 🎂 Special Gestures The team thoughtfully arranged a complimentary cake and room décor, which was a beautiful surprise for us. These small but meaningful gestures added to the overall charm of the stay. 💰 Value for Money We stayed for two nights at ₹24,000, which was an absolute steal for what was offered. Had a fantastic stay at the hotel ... My kids had the best time at the play area.. Bhawana Rai - the resort experience manager helped us explore the property to the fullest.. there was pastry making at the cafe for the kids.. our family n friends enjoyed at the pool.. the pool is biggggg.. Breakfast was sumptuous... There was a FnB manager (forgot his name) his name I guess started with Elvis may be he was in blue suit .. he made r morning breakfast a pleasure.. when I requested for smoked salmon fish the chef said it wasnt available but later this manager was very kind enough to arrange it for us.. what a fantastic service... The breakfast spread was amazing... Rooms were large n spacious.. i believe my kids enjoyed the most .. Also not to forget the complimentary taxi service for the beach was a good touch... P. S. I feel the management should recognise Bhavana's service.. I feel our stay was fantastic especially because of her.. God bless...

An excellent stay option situated at a very cozy location close to Anjuna beach, our stay at the Westin was a needed doze of relaxation. The food was great and the spa is excellent too.
