Where do I even begin — our stay was simply amazing! We had the chance to experience two different room types: first the suite, and then the pool-access room. Each had its own unique charm. If you’re looking for extra space with a separate living area, the suite is a perfect choice. But if you love the idea of stepping straight into the pool, the pool-access rooms are unbeatable. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff made the entire experience even more memorable. The front desk team, especially Tanya and Durgesh, were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A big thanks as well to Hritesh from the reservations team, who supported me throughout the booking process and made everything seamless. My wife also visited the spa during our stay, and she absolutely loved it — a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience that added so much to our trip. A special mention to the Westin Goa team for going above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue with my American Marriott Bonvoy voucher. They coordinated directly with the Bonvoy team and ensured everything was sorted out smoothly — a level of support that really stood out. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin Goa and would happily return. Highly recommended!

First and foremost the location is amazing. Room size is good. The hotel has all the good facility, they have tie up with car rental and bike rentals and arranged it at the door steps of the hotel. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast spread is also very good.

I thoroughly enjoyed the heavenly signature spa massage ..the masseuse Ms.kavi was gentle and thorough ,covering all the needed relaxation points .The whole spa experience transcended me to a different world. If someone is looking forward to a spa experience, pls go ahead with this , u won't be disappointed.

This was our first trip to Westin Goa. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service across all the departments of the hotel was excellent. Be it the folks at the front office - Bhawana, Tanya, Yash or in the restaurant at various times - Shikambari, Yousuf, Chef Srishti and many many more. (These names are the ones I remember and are not the only ones who provided great service) . The Loyalty Manager Dianne and many more. I wish the property was a little bigger and more spread out over a larger area.
