Hotel is located closer to all the good restaurants in Vagator. Rooms are very good. The food is amazing, pool is clean. Loved our stay with my two kids.

Westin Goa exceeded my expectations! the staff went above and beyond. Ina from Front Desk was super welcoming and ensured that the check-in was smooth and efficient. Diwakar from housekeeping he took great care of us throughout our stay, ensuring everything was just right. His hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Big thanks to Ina & Diwakar and the team! It was one of the best stay ever. The rooms were spacious. The service was extremely extremely good. Once of the best services i have received. Since there was a special occasion they provided additional perks to us where ever possible. The food was amazing, we couldn't stop eating. I would like to give a special thanks to Bhawana and her team helping me executing my special day with decoration and cake. I would like to thank Rahul Sonar and Yusuf for helping and making my wife and mine dinner date a memorable one. Thank you to Rahul for arranging a bouquet and decoration for the dinner. Additional they also included some additional dishes which i asked for in the dinner with out any charges or any question.

Overall: We had an amazing stay with the Westin. All people at the hotel took special care of us and our child. They understood the importance of making the stay comfortable and providing fast service. They upgraded our room based on marriot membership and stay with a kid. Room: We stayed in a room with a king bed and with a courtyard room. The room was spacious, comfortable. For Kids: They had three activities per day scheduled for kids which are engaging,.well thought, and there kids play area is well equipped. They also provide a high chair on request. Food: The breakfast spread is great and food is tasty. Nitpicks - (1) The per day room cost is relatively high for experience/ property. (2) Work out better deals with car/ bike rentals. The rentals through the hotel concierge are 25% expensive vs market. The hotel should be able to negotiate and have pre determined flat rate which are better vs the market given the volumes they must be providing.

A beautiful place to spend time, be it with family or friends or for any professional meeting! The entry itself allows u to indulge in serene Goan ambience. The rooms were good, so were the services. Food is excellent, and is in good portion, too!!

We had a truly pleasant stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were neat, spacious, and came with a bathtub, which made our stay extra comfortable. Room service and housekeeping were always prompt and efficient, ensuring everything was perfectly taken care of. A special mention to Ms. Bhawana Rai (REM), who went out of her way to make our experience smooth and memorable—from a seamless check-in to assisting us throughout the stay and even arranging a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is very kids-friendly, with a lovely pool where the little ones had a great time. Breakfast had a wide range of options for both kids and adults, and the quality was excellent. The cocktails prepared by Vinay were a highlight for us adults, perfectly crafted and refreshing. Overall, both kids and adults had a wonderful time. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to visiting again!
