Had a lovely stay at the hotel . The rooms were clean , the service was great , and the breakfast spread was really nice . Special attention to the apporva girl who was helping and guiding us during breakfast she was extremely polite , attentive , and made sure everything was perfect . Stayed at Westin Anjuna in October 2025, during the busy Diwali Holidays. Huge thanks to Yusuf and his wonderful team at The Market — Maitrish, Paldin, Bablu, Sovan, and Apoorva — for their warmth, attention to detail, and excellent service. Every meal felt special and the team made every effort to cater to our every need. At the Haven Bar, Manish and Abhay Prajapati were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. Also a big shout-out to Bhawna Rai from the Front Office for her warmth and professionalism — she made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The entire team made our stay memorable with their genuine hospitality and smiles. Truly Westin at its best — can’t wait to be back!

Had it not been for Bhawana Rai, we would have checked out of the property the very next day! We had quite casually shared the feedback on the activities for planned for kids, rooms and the overall property experience. "A fantastic stay!"

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was impeccable, really clean, fresh, great facilities, and from the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t have done more. Without being intrusive they carefully and thoughtfully saw to all our needs, suggested alternatives and fun activities and they were incredibly warm and natural, which is hard to pull off for 7 days straight! I’ve forgotten so many names (I’m so sorry!) but amongst a thoroughly standout team they included: Atul, Abhay, Diane, Michael, Mahima, Lin, Chef Ramwal, Isuiwangale, Bhavna Shah, Vihshaka. Thank you for the laughs, smiles, drinks, incredible food, warm service and for playing with our kids and fulfilling their daily dreams of feeding the fish! Really highly recommended.

I stayed at The Westin Goa for 3 nights and had a really good experience. The property is very beautiful, well-maintained, and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the overall hospitality made the stay very comfortable. Would definitely love to visit again!
