Studio 6 - Minot, ND

Our stay was disappointing... our first room had a toilet issue, and after two attempts to fix it, we had to pack up and move to a second room. The door to the bathroom in that room had to be physically struggled with to close. It had a hole kicked in it. The top of the fridge and shelves were dusty and the room had a distinct smell. The coffee maker had the lid broken off and was very dusty so would not have used it anyway. We found tidbits on the floor that we had to pick up. The TV reception was very poor and we were encouraged to log into our own accounts on the smart TV to get anything viewable. We would not stay here again. The staff were all fantastic and that made our stay tolerable.

Carpet and chairs were stained and dirty. The desk was sticky under the edges plus there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The surfaces in the kitchenette, vanity sink and bathroom were clean. Other than that, the stay at the hotel was good.

Blood stained on the walls pubes on toilet kicked in bathroom door mold on Bible stains on everything wallpaper peeling immediately had to vacate room after starting to cough uncontrollably

No working elevator. Very noisy old in the wall air conditioner.

The continental breakfast part should be updated since it’s not there anymore

I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel as well as the nice staff while checking in. Our room was nice and clean, perfect for just a one night stay. The air conditioning unit door kept falling off but for the price of the hotel we could deal with that! The room itself was immaculate and that’s what matters to us. Will highly recommend to anyone who may be passing through like us. Wish we had more time here to use the pool and hot tub!

Litter around the parking lot, same litter laying in the same spot for days, no one cared to clean it up! Motorcycles riving up their engines! Some customers taking up 2 car spaces for one vehicle, leaving limited parking spaces, parking in there at an angle!!
