"No pet fee - Awesome!"

Big rooms for the pups to move around. Smaller full size fridge and counterspace with sink. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants. This hotel chain does not have a pet fee. This is really nice feature... rooms are have great lighting

Room is on the cooler side when you enter, not very many towels and no toiletries. Because hotel has shared parking lots with restaurants spaces are limited. Also, the hotel needs a designated area for dogs to relieve themselves outside...dog barked all night

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. It had an apartment sized fridge in it not just one of those little mini fridges. Pool area was clean and kept up. Our biggest issue was beds are on the firm side.

The room was very big. And comfortable. We booked for the hottub and it wasn't working so that was disappointing. But front desk staff were wonderful and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

i dislike the housekeepers knock once and then just open the door and let themselves in while we were still sleeping when checkout wasn’t until 11am.

Location was perfect - close to lots of stores and restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel room wasn’t very clean. Price was good, and hotel was fine for a quick trip (one night) but likely wouldn’t recommend hotel to others. Staff was friendly.

When we checked in we got to our room and found it was absolutely gross! We had to request a different room because we couldn’t handle it. It was like the maid cleaned up and put clean sheets on the bed and called it good enough! The second room that we got was definitely cleaner however it still needed some cleaning done! My wife was a maid many years ago and we are pretty easy going people so if she says it’s dirty that means it’s pretty bad. Would consider giving them another chance but only if they take this complaint seriously.
