Lovely views of the castle and marina from the balcony. Comfortable mattress. Property management company was responsive, but only if you email them directly; messaging through Booking.com gets an automated answer. Excellent location - easy walk to Nea Paphos and the bus terminal for other tourist destinations. Restaurants are plentiful, but the quality is better going inland.

The apartment is shabbier than it looks in the photos. It is not a design apartment worth twice the price of the surrounding hotel apartments (which are identical except for decor). The bed lacked a mattress cover and fitted sheet. The rainshower head was growing mildew and the vanity drawer handles were corroded. The sofa is small for two (or anyone tall) and not that comfortable - beware the barely upholstered hard wood frame. Had to request that some basic essentials (dish towels, dish soap, laundry detergent) be provided, but they came quickly. Also, the directions for getting to the apartment were inadequate. There is a discrepancy between the address and the geolocation given (the latter is correct). It should be explained that, due to road construction, the Google maps indications are incorrect for getting there by car. For that reason we had to get out (approximately where the given address was) and walk about 5 minutes. Explaining that would have saved a lot of stress. Local taxi drivers may know how to get around the deviations, but our driver from Limassol didn't. Finally, I forget if it's mentioned in the listing, but the apartment is up 2 flights of (external) stairs, with no elevator, so plan suitcases accordingly. Still, I might go back for the location alone (or try the neighboring hotel).

Great location, spacious, good amenities.

The cleaning team could have done better.

The views of the water from the living area / bedroom 1 was perfection! The location was also ideal for a solo travel like myself. Close to the water front, the archeological sites and the harbor. Taxi's and local busses were within walking distance. Proximity to the old town and the local mall was all within 10 mins driving. The apartment was also very clean. The TV was great quality and featured several streaming platforms build in that you could use. There are stairs so please note that if you're taking large suitcases. However, the higher up you are the better the view of the water.

Few minor things that I took a star away for. The furniture was a little bit on the cheaper side. I was expecting more comfort seeing that the listing title had luxury within its name. Finding the apartment was a little bit difficult for me because the entrance wasn't visible from the boardwalk. The pictures they send you as a guide only paint a small picture.

Difficult to get to the apartment because of road construction, once there everything was fine

the bathroom is small for 4 people, and the shower didn’t have much power. outdoor seating on the balcony wasn’t enough seats for 4 people staying.

Perfect location, sea view, parking place available.

Bed in seaview bedroom needs to be replaced for new one, it is really over aged. This is only one negative thing we found.

the kitchen was very poorly stocked (for example just two wine glasses and three coffee cups and very few cooking utensils and pans). the bathroom was small and in need of renovation. beds were comfortable but closets were small and the doors stuck. Just one small couch to sit on and very poor lighting. the front door leaked in water when it rained although they did come and fix it.
