The front desk staff helped us book a last minute tour for a group of 6 which was wonderful. They were very helpful to tell us where and when to go to places. The breakfast was wonderful. So many choices with healthy options as well as tasty treats. The beverages and pastry in the lobby were a nice treat and the small bottle of port wine every day was also a very nice touch. This hotel is in walking distance to everything downtown and just a short walk or quick metro ride to most of the neighborhoods, . We were also able to extend our stay twice as our plans kept changing and they were very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night for great sleeping.

We had a junior room which was small. We had to move some things around when we wanted to open the balcony doors. But a fair trade off for the convenience and the beauty of the balcony. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but it met all our needs and more. .
