Primeiramente, a cordialidade e profissionalismo dos funcionários! Localização excelente! Muito confortável o quarto; roupas de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade! A limpeza impera! Gostei muito de receber um e-mail do hotel com dicas do que fazer em Lisboa com a distância a percorrer; dicas de restaurante com informações completas! Realmente não é uma grande delicadeza? Fiquei encantada! As recepcionistas sempre cordial e recheada de mimos: café, sucos, pastel de Belém, prosecco !

We spent 3 lovely days in Lisbon and the accommodations at this hotel were fantastic. Our room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Our room faced the street and had two balconies. The soundproof windows blocked the street noise. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was quite large. I can’t say enough good things about the staff! They were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location was great for exploring the various quarters. This is a hidden gem on the Avenue! The restaurant next door, Pinoquio, is fabulous! Excellent food and drinks!

"Exceptional"

The location was great - walking distance to everything! Every tour meeting point was just down the street for us. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms clean. My only slight disappointment was with how small the room was. Hard having 2 suitcases open but we managed to get creative and weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter really.
