"Great place to stay in Lisbon"

Almost everything. Staff were great; courteous and helpful. The free walking tour is quite a nice bonus feature, as are the coffee, pasties and afternoon bubbly in the lobby seating area. Staff will get you into excellent adjacent restaurant Pinoquio, which is consistently packed. Hotel itself and room is nicely decorated. Very nice lift. Excellent breakfast area downstairs. Comfortable bed.

Very small room with only a small hanging rack to store clothes.

Such a great stay - wonderful friendly and helpful reception staff, lovely room with balcony - overlooking bustling street but super quiet, lovely blue colour scheme. No kettle etc in room but complimentary coffee and mini ‘Pastel de Nata’ pastries in the lobby. Great breakfast. Didn’t eat at restaurant underneath but looks amazing. 5 min walk to the top of the Rua Augusta.

Central location, comfortable and clean room, and amazing staff. Kudos to Manuel, who is a very kind young man. He offered us a free tour organized by the hotel and led by Leonor, who was amazing. It was an excellent start to our Portuguese journey — with some history, important places in the downtown, and everything explained and shown with passion and by heart.

Simply EVERYTHING was fabulous about this hotel: location ( restaurants, metro, monuments, proximity to shopping, river, park), staff, reception, room, vibe. Worth every penny. LOVED IT

"Great small hotel"

Hotel is in great location, close to stores and restaurants. Front desk staff very friendly. They provided refreshments and pastel de nata. Since we checked in early they store our luggage so we could start exploring the city. When we came back they graciously upgraded us to a room with a view and had delivered our luggage to our room. Unfortunately we were not able to eat breakfast since we had to be at the airport before 7 am. We would stay here again.
