Superb boutique hotel with faultless service. Loved our room, which was spotlessly clean and so quiet, even though it’s situated perfectly in a busy area. Comfy beds, lovely linen and towels. Complimentary extras were a nice touch. Staff clearly happy in their jobs giving a lovely, happy buzz about the place. Enjoyed a great breakfast too. Would very highly recommend. We hope to return as we loved Lisbon and would certainly book here again.

Only small negative was that there was no tea making facility in the room but there was a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.

The staff at the front desk were so helpful. Especially as they were able to sell us the transit passes right there and just bill it to our room. Made our trip so much easier. And the hotel is centrally located so it's easy to get anywhere you want to go.

Dette 3-stjernede hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed midt i byen, er fremragende efter enhver målestok og fuldt på niveau med de bedste 4-stjernede hoteller. En virkelig perle! Værelserne er meget rene, chikke og moderne. Sengene er særdeles behagelige, og både sengetøj og håndklæder er af rigtig god kvalitet. Bruseren er dejlig, og belysningen er fremragende. Sæber, shampoo og bodylotion er også af høj kvalitet. Selvom mit værelse vendte ud mod en travl sidegade, sikrede de lydisolerede vinduer fuldstændig ro. Værelserne er ikke store, men de er indrettet særdeles gennemtænkt. Der er også fine små detaljer, såsom badevægt og en skammel på badeværelset. Morgenmaden til 15 euro bød på et godt udvalg af kontinentale morgenmadsprodukter. Alt var friskt og pænt præsenteret. Omeletter og spejlæg kan tilberedes på bestilling, og det varme udvalg omfattede blandt andet røræg, bacon, grøntsager og bønner. I lobbyen tilbydes gratis kaffe, te, pastel de nata, bobler og forskellige slags vand med smag. Personalet var yderst venligt og hjælpsomt. Hotellet har desuden en meget populær restaurant, også med udendørs servering mod gaden.

I stay in hotels around Europe around 150 nights per year - usually 4*. This 3* hotel is outstanding by any standards and equal to the best 4* A real gem! Rooms are super clean, chic and modern. Beds are very comfortable, linen and towels of good quality. Shower delightful and lighting excellent. Soaps a d shampoos and body lotion of good quality. Sound proof windows offering complete quiet even if my room was on a busy side street. The rooms are not big but furnished in a clever way. Small extra details such as scales and a stool in the bathroom. The breakfast at €15 had a good selection of continental breakfast offers. Everything was fresh and well presented. Omelets and fried eggs can be prepared by order. Hot selections included scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetables and beans. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, pastel de nata (☺️) bubbles and assorted flavoured water. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very popular restaurant -also with outdoor seating facing the street.

Everything about this hotel was superb! From the communication before my arrival to checkout…absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal…with so many attractions, dining options and shopping nearby. The room was clean with sleek and modern decor and if you’re lucky enough to score one with a street view…even better from your Juliette balcony.

Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff and nice touches like a small bottle of port left in our room and free champagne in the lobby! Don’t really understand why this is only a 3 stars!
