La habitación es amplia y el baño también. Estaba todo super limpio y la cama era comodísima. Además, dormimos muy tranquilos porque no escuchamos ningún ruido. La ubicación es genial porque está en una de las calles más comerciales de la parte baja de Bérgamo y se encuentra muy cerca tanto de los puntos de acceso a la ciudad alta, como de la estación de tren.

Le puse nota regular al personal, porque no hay recepción con personas. Sólo una máquina. Pero sí que es cierto que, antes de nuestra llegada, se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para comentarnos cómo funcionaba el check in y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable.

Lokalizacja z zastrzeżeniem braku informacji o sposobie dotarcia i wyglądzie pojedynczych szarych drzwi. Informacja o dużym parkingu w odległości ok 300-400 m

Niedziałająca, brudna klimatyzacja.- patrz zdjęcia ( tylko dmucha bez chłodzenia) Duszno i gorąco mimo otwartych okien, plaga komarów. Brak kontaktu z jakimkolwiek personelem. Brak informacji o dojeździe- strefie ograniczonego ruchu. Brak filiżanek czy szklanek.

Good location. Helpful and pleasant staff.

The air conditioner worked only on the first day of our stay, then it stopped cooling. The shower cabin and shower head should be cleaned of black mold.

Beliggenhet

Jeg er svært skuffet over oppholdet mitt på dette hotellet. Jeg bodde i en loftsleilighet i Bergamo mens temperaturen ute var rundt 35 grader. Klimaanlegget fungerte ikke som det skulle, noe som gjorde rommet ekstremt varmt og nesten umulig å oppholde seg i, spesielt om natten. Resultatet var at jeg fikk svært lite søvn. Jeg kontaktet hotellet og meldte fra om problemet. Jeg fikk beskjed om at en vaktmester skulle komme og se på klimaanlegget, men ingen dukket opp. Det ble heller ikke gitt noen oppfølging eller alternativ løsning. Når man betaler en høy pris for et hotellopphold, forventer man at grunnleggende fasiliteter som klimaanlegg fungerer, særlig under en hetebølge. Den manglende oppfølgingen fra hotellets side opplevde jeg som svært uprofesjonell.

Polecam! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na deptaku ze sklepami i blisko restauracji. Przystanek autobusowy 5 min od apartamentu. Wygodne łóżko, woda i ekspres na wyposażeniu.

Uważam, że przy tym standardzie powinny być szklanki do wody i filiżanka do kawy a nie kubeczki papierowe. Słabo działająca klimatyzacja.
