Bergamo Inn 15

A very nice stay. The location was great, perfectly located for the Città Bassa, and access to the Citta Alta. The rooms were lovely and had most everything you could need. The rooms were serviced daily, with a large bottle of pellegrino water left every day, a nice touch. Very comfortable, clean and modern, the air con and shower pressure was great. The self check-in was fine, once you figured out that the passport scanner dosent work and if you let it fail 3-4 times it will then let you enter your details manually.

House keeping were great, but noisy in the corridors from about 7am, consider bringing airplugs if you are a light sleeper. An iron and a few more hangers would be welcome but not a big deal. I would 100% stay here again.

Staff were flexible allowing us to arrive early to leave bags. Hotel in great location and close to transport links.

Self check in did take too long as all the document details needed to be entered into the check in screen and then the part to scan the documents broke and had to call and do it all by phone. Perhaps sending a link for the document details and city tax payment link a few days before the stay would be beneficial and save lots of time and issues on arrival.

Excellent location, well placed for Bergamo. Self service check-in worked well. Contact and engagement via WhatsApp was always answered promptly

Only slight thing we found was the temperature of the water in the shower could have been warmer
