Room was facing the see and bed very comfortable. Air-condition worked very well. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in a shabby area. You would not expect a 5 star in such a place. Food at the night buffet was average though priced fairly. I expected higher quality.

The facilities,the food,the room , the rooftop.

The fact that everyone had access to the hotel no matter if they stayed there or not. The people inside the pool and the sea area were awful ,very noisy and rude.

ארוחת בוקר טובה מיקום גרוע אין כלום לעשות בסביבת המלון

שירות ריח של ביוב בחדרים ברחשים על כל המיטה הזמנו סוויטה ולא יכולנו לישון בה בעקבות המתואר לעיל, העבירו אותנו לחדר של בעלי מוגבלויות למרות ששילמנו על סוויטה ולא פיצו אותנו על הכסף ששילמנו. הציעו לנו רק שתייה חופשית ביום האחרון אחרי המון זמן שנגזל מאיתנו על ויכוחים והעברות לשלושה חדרים שונים, כל פעם לארוז ולפרוק מחדש את המזוודה. ממש מאכזב
