Absolutely not worthy of a 5* rating. As a couple who are not fussy in the slightest, we are fairly disappointed with this hotel and are absolutely not ones to find fault in the smallest of things. 1. Arrived in our room to find it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Food and drinks glasses everywhere. Bed not made. Towels strewn across the floor. This wasn’t a major biggie despite being a little disappointing and we were changed rooms after waiting 15 minutes. 2. Food is very samey every single day. We have been here 5 days and nearly every single day, the food has been the same as the previous day so we are BORED of eating the same thing. 3. Wedding was held 2 days ago and when arriving at the pool at 9am the next day, nearly every table had drinks left over from the day before which hadn’t been cleaned up. The whole party mess was left over. This wasn’t cleaned until 10am. 4. Today has tipped us over the edge. They’re holding a party for a child’s 9th birthday so the pool/ general area has been FULL of squealing children. Around 15 beds have been taken up preventing those who have paid for the hotel from being able to lay down around the pool. Kids have no sense of respect and are jumping in the pools splashing guests constantly. So so disappointing and seems like the hotel prioritise these over the guests that have paid for a nice relaxing holiday. 5. Paid for an all inclusive package- on more than one occasion, we have asked for a sprite or Fanta lemon to be told they don’t have any left. What are we paying for??? One thing that cannot be faulted is staff and their warmth and friendliness. They work so hard to make your stay special. Unfortunately, added onto the above, we would not return. Coming from a couple who go on Atleast 2 holidays a year, this is the only hotel we would not return to.

Many bars too much noise, the kitchen was really slow we were waiting for two yogurts for 50’. At the restaurant they forgot to bring the complimentary bread before serving us.

The breakfast was very good. The kitchen offered a wide variety of fresh salads, pastries, and cheeses.

The pastries were not warm, and the coffee was not of the same standard as the rest of the breakfast

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht für uns, hatten für 5 Sterne mehr erwartet. Beach Bar neben dem Hotel war am Feiertag sehr laut, Entspannung am Meer daher schwierig Service eher durchschnittlich, wenig aufmerksam
