החוף דרוש קצת שיפור ותחזוקה, ארוחת בוקר פחות מומלצת - הטברנה הייתה באירוע באותו יום והמיקום קצת מבודד ואין יותר מדי מסעדות ומה לעשות בסביבה מסעדות מיושנות - יותר מאכלי ים חסר אוכל במלון הבר אוכל נחמד אבל ממצה וארוחת הבוקר לא מומלצת אבל אין אוכל באזור

Η απόλυτη ντροπή για 5 αστέρων και Hilton …είχαμε κλείσει μια διανυκτέρευση και μπήκε καμαριέρα χωρίς να χτυπήσει δύο (!) φορές στο δωμάτιο μας ενώ ήμασταν μέσα! Την πρώτη φορά μπήκε και αντί να ζητήσει συγγνώμη κάθισε να μας πιάσει και την κουβέντα το είπαμε αμέσως στη ρεσεψιόν και πριν προλάβετε να πείτε ότι είχε πέσει το σύστημα μας ζήτησαν συγγνώμη ότι είχαν ενημερώσει το housekeeping και την διεύθυνση…. Μετά από 3 ώρες μπήκε ΞΑΝΑ καμαριέρα στο δωμάτιο ενώ εγώ έκανα μπάνιο κ ο σύζυγος μ κοιμόταν … Φύγαμε την ίδια ημέρα από το ξενοδοχείο προφανώς και έχουμε στείλει αίτημα για refund στο οποίο εδώ και δύο ημέρες δεν έχει απαντήσει κανείς … έχουμε πάρει τηλέφωνα και ό ένας λέει το έχει προωθήσει ο άλλος λέει δεν το βλέπει …. Ένας τόσο όμορφος χώρος καταστρέφεται από την έλλειψη εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού … για γέλια

Το μονο αρνητικο ειναι οτι αν θες να κοιμηθεις πριν τις 12 ειναι δυσκολο γιατι εχεις την αισθηση οτι κοιμασαι σε club🤣😉Αν ομως θες να παρταρεις non stop ειναι το καταλληλο!✌️

First of all, a great & special thank you to RIA at the spa. She gave me one of the best massages I have ever received. Her kindness, professionalism, and ability to make guests feel comfortable are remarkable. She truly creates an incredibly relaxing experience, and I highly recommend her treatments. A special mention to Super MARIO at the bar, who prepares some of the best cocktails I've ever had and is always happy to customize them according to your preferences. His friendliness and professionalism are exceptional. I stayed for 3 nights specifically looking for a peaceful and restful stay , and unfortunately my experience got off to a very poor start. My first room was located on the 1st floor facing the street. The noise from cars and motorcycles was constant throughout the day and night. The soundproofing was practically non-existent, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. After raising the issue, I was moved to a room on the 7th floor. While I appreciated the effort, the room was still facing the same side of the hotel, so the traffic noise remained a problem. On top of that, a wedding was taking place at the hotel, and the loud music continued late into the night, making it difficult to rest once again.3rd night moved to partial sea view and also overlooked the city and the construction work and run-down buildings below the hotel. For a 5-star property, I expected much better sound insulation and greater consideration for guests seeking a peaceful stay. Fortunately, the staff at the restaurant, bar, and spa significantly improved my overall experience and deserve special recognition. Thank you, Mario and Ria, and the lady(manager who welcomed me) at the restaurant with glasses for making an otherwise disappointing stay much more enjoyable. You were the highlights of my visit
