Οπωσδήποτε τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών και ειδικά ο καναπές που πλασάρεται απο το κατάλλημα σαν τρίτο κρεβάτι ειναι σαν να κάθεσαι πάνω σε πέτρα, ίσως και πιο σκληρό. Τα δίκλινα δωμάτια δεν μπορούν να προωθούνται και να κοστολογούνται σαν τρίκλινα μονο και μόνο με την ύπαρξη ενός καναπέ που δεν είναι καν καναπές κρεβάτι.

Without any doubt, this is the worst hotel experience we have encountered in over 90 countries and after more than 14 years of travelling throughout Greece. The hotel presented in the marketing material and online photos is simply not the hotel guests actually experience. The entire property suffers from a severe lack of maintenance. Broken sunbeds, damaged facilities, faulty room equipment, poor repairs and visible neglect can be found throughout the resort. The rooms were below an acceptable standard. Cleanliness was poor, maintenance was poor, and basic issues remained unresolved. Facilities that should work in any hotel simply did not function properly. The food was consistently disappointing. Limited selection, poor quality, cold dishes and little variation. Despite having paid for hotel dining, meals were regularly skipped in favour of restaurants outside the resort because the food quality was simply unacceptable. Service was equally disappointing. Orders were forgotten, requests ignored and problems left unresolved. Staff often appeared mentally absent, uninterested and detached from their responsibilities. Rather than making guests feel welcome, many interactions left the impression that guest satisfaction was of little importance. The pool areas were frequently dirty. Plastic cups, food waste, rubbish and even used diapers could be found around the facilities. Housekeeping and cleaning standards appeared far below what should be expected from a resort operating at this price level. What is most disappointing is that these were not isolated incidents. The problems were constant throughout the stay and affected nearly every aspect of the holiday. This property is being marketed as a quality resort. Based on our experience, it falls dramatically short of that description. Rating: 3/10. We cannot recommend this hotel !

The hotel is really nice. We were greeted nicely on arrival (around 1:30pm) and our room was ready. The room blew us away! It was so well appointed and beautifully clean. The sea view also looked over the hotel gardens, pool and surrounding hills. The food was nice, there was plenty of it and it was presented nicely. It was a little cold on occasion but the staff would either reheat or cook new for us. We were all inclusive so the drinks were plentiful and welcome. The pool was a decent size but always packed so we stayed on the pebble beach which was great. The biggest point I would stress to anyone thinking of booking here is the hotel staff. From start to finish they were simply amazing. It would be unfair to single any one member of star out as to a person they couldn’t be politer, caring, professional……… I could go on but I hope you get the gist. There was a huge wedding taking place whilst we were here…..300 guests in understand. There was some disruption but it was kept to a minimum and the 8 piece wedding band finished before midnight. There is a night club reasonably close and you do get some noise at night but not something that really bothered us. The rooftop bar is beautiful, very chilled with nice views of the surrounding area. It did get very busy over the weekend with locals enjoying the hotel but it didn’t spoil our holiday in any way. I would highly recommend the Isla Brown, especially with the incredible staff.

מיקום גרוע זמן נסיעה שעה פלוס מאתונה כל כיוון לפחות 100 יירו רמת נקיון ירודה אין כלום באזור המלון לא ממליצה , אכזבה ממש , המלון מארח חתונות צריך לקחת בחשבון רעש כמות אנשים בטירוף ,לא הגיוני הייתה חתונה במלון ככה שצוות המלון עסוק מאוד רק בחתונה,המלון בטפוסה מלאה אין סכוי להשיג מעלית ככה שעולים רק ברגל חדר אוכל אכזבה לא נעים לי להתלונן עוד כי יש עוד ............ הזמנו חדר סטנדרטי עם נוף לעיר, שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם נוף לים, הבריכה מאוד נקיה, החדרים נקיים מאוד השירות יוצא מן הכלל יש ירידה לחוף מהמלון, החוף ממש צעד מהמלון אני אחזור לשם בוודאות !!

Am currently staying here and whilst it is a lovely beach facing hotel, the room is tiny, no where to store luggage and very limited hanging space. The bathroom is also tiny with limited space to hang anything. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I am all inclusive and whilst there is a good selection of cold foods, the hot food is very disappointing in that it isn’t hot. The atmosphere is lacking and staff inattentive. The pool is good, however, the sun beds are extremely tatty, cushions tearing at the seams and stained. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
