"The time of our lives"

It was an amazing experience. I went with my wife and four daughters from 12 year old to my 8 year old Tony 6 year old and my 1.5 year old toddler this places thinks of everybody’s needs I had a blast so did my wife this places thinks took our inner child out

"Great experience but got lots of bug bites"

Family had an amazing time and enjoyed the waterslides and the outdoor pool. My eldest even tried the magic quest scavenger hunt. The rooms were niceand spacious and comfortable. Neighbors were quite loud so we played White Noise but I did see that they tried to have their chat message remind us of quiet hours overall was a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed the rope course and miniature golf as well.My only concerns were I believe we all got lots of bug bites. not sure where on the property but should look into that. I didn’t see bugs but my fee and my five-year-old back are full of them. Also, the story time was not great. Felt like it was a lot of filling time versus an actual story.

"Great Wolf Lodge"

We seem to always have a great visit everytime we stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfy! We typically eat down the street as there are lots of places to try in the area within a 1-5 minute drive. Costco is right next store if you want to grab snacks for your room or pool time. I have had pleasant experiences with staff as well. The water-park lifeguards I feel like are very professional given their young ages ! They are always on alert watching swimmers and rotating to other positions I’m assuming to prevent boredom and keep them attentive through out the day. Stacy at the front desk stood out to me for her genuine kindness. She made our trip even more special just by showing care about our stay and helping us get the best options for our trip ! I would love to see Stacy every time we come and visit !

"Trying to locate my item that I have left in the room"

Went here for a vacation accidentally left something in the room. I live two hours away so we drove there and drove back when I got home.I realized that we left my son‘s Nintendo DS in the room which is very expensive. I tried to call and speak with somebody to makesure that room service had got it so I would feel more at ease, but they told me I had to file a report of a lost item which wasn’t lost it was left in the room and I just wanted to make sure housekeeping got it before somebody else checked in. Nobody could helpme got hung up on four times managers would not answer nor call me back I ended up driving back down there the first person I talk to called whoever was cleaning that room and went and got me my Nintendo DS the stress that I had to deal with thinking I wasn’t get that back at being a $500 item was really upsetting the fact that nobody could just go up there and check or check with whowas cleaning that room to make sure my item was there to where I didn’t have to drive all the way back there the same day it was really upsetting and being hung up on really upsetting. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. try a different one. They probably think that you’re gonna get tired of calling or waiting 30 days that you’re gonna forget about what you left so they can keep it. That’s my personal opinion.

"Not a awesome experience for my granddaughter"

I was celebrating my granddaughter birthday and had to carry her down from the 6 floor for an evacuation in the middle of the night. She was scared the entire night has trouble sleeping at night.

"3000 SHORT, but the water park right?"

Don’t get me wrong, the stay was great - my kids had fun, the breakfast package was completely worth it, and MOST of the employees were kind and helpful. However, I am still waiting on 3000 DOLLARS to be returned back to my account. Before I was helped by Angela (?), a manager that turned our trip from terrible to fantastic, I was pretty much shoo-ed into a check-in line. One of the workers by the kiosk instructed me to keep trying my payment method. After the 7th time, my intuition told me to check my account, and yup, I was charged 441$ SEVEN times. When I let her know, all she had to say was “I don’t know it didn’t go through on our side, I don’t know what’s wrong with your card.” I asked to speak to someone else, so with attitude she grabbed another worker. This worker was no help, honestly even less than the first. The second worker said “Go in the check in line and pay for the remaining charges.” After that experience, I was finally brought to a manager and was able to check me in, and also she gave extra accommodations to adventure land for free! I am still waiting for someone to call me about these transactions because I still haven’t received the money back. I was told that I should hear by today (6/2). All in all, minus being 3000 short lol, it was a great experience for the kids.
