"Almost but not quite worth 5* rating. Excellent breakfast and nice pool."

Good selection at the breakfast buffet to cater for all tastes. Swimming pool was great for a pre-breakfast swim.

Soundproofing between rooms and hallway is not so good and would have expected better for a 5* hotel. Also, very surprised at the lack of staff being able to communicate with international travelers. Perhaps 3 years of isolation post Covid is to blame!

Great service by amazing staff, especially the concierge Jackie and Monica. Great room and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Great place to stay.

beautiful, spacious rooms, great fitness centre, well meaning staff

unfortunately staff was very green and hard to communicate with. they really meant well and were lovely people, but so hard to communicate.
