Very friendly staff working there but the facility lacks charm and amenities. Super thin walls as you can hear EVERYTHING outside your room, not to mention the rude awakening at 4:30AM for their city dumpster garbage service right outside your window!

I cant say enough good things about this place! Staff was very kind, i have a rather large dog his name is "Weirdo" that i travel with and he was extremely welcome. I also appreciate how incredibly clean the rooms are. I am happy to have had the chance to visit here ill be staying at Art House every time im in Santa Rosa. Great place!

Great! Just the people on the top floor , kept making alot of noice early in the morning. I hears lots of stomping and it was hard to fall back sleep. Walls nedd to be more sound proof. Front staff was super friendly and professional. She even offered a different room, if i didn't like the one i was staying in.

Smell from adjoining room made the stay uncomfortable. I think some rooms have kitchen and people can cook
