Art House Hotel and Suites

Everything was nice here, just a couple of blocks to Central Square, with lots of restaurants. We splurged for balcony but view across roof of industrial building, so not very inspiring. Breakfast is disappointing with fake coffee (Nespresso) and minimal food. Still, the Bob Ross video in the breakfast room helps. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Note that parking is problematic (limited to 4 hour meters) and hotel charges $20 per day.

Very nice modern room and lobby. Clean and new. Neighborhood is urban and walkable, OK but mostly deserted at night (I was there during the week). The under-building gated parking is worth the extra cost, but it's a tight squeeze. Nice staff. Walking distance to Russian River Brewing and other places. Highly recommended!

Basic, clean hotel. Very friendly and competent staff. Across from an empty lot, so it’s not the most scenic surroundings, but within walking distance to lots of breweries and restaurants.

The property is really just a place to sleep. The room itself was clean, but there was no shower curtain so the shower couldn’t be used. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the rooms next to us and above us. The area is transitional and there was a homeless person sitting in front of the entrance. The parking garage was full so I had to park my car on the street, which made me feel uneasy. The real bright spot for this place are the workers. Super nice, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area is nice with fruits, bagels, orange juice, tea and coffee.

There was no offer of room service but we only stayed one night!

Very clean and very nice staff

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast is fairly limited (English muffins and granola) but there are other options nearby.

Excellent and helpful staff. Great access to downtown square and sister Hotel E. Walkable to Wednesday evening Farmers Market with great food and music. Nice Indian restaurant nearby on the square.

Location very convenient to shops and restaurants. Hotel very hip and modern ❤️
