Room was great 👍 restaurant was great 👍 staff was awesome 👌 Room was spotless, bathroom and shower was awesome

The pictures made it look like it was on the beach but it actually wasn't, had to walk a few blocks, didn't have a bar, otherwise nice place

I like the Hotel, very Quiet, and on the main strip to access the Restaurants and OXO

Some employees were rude but overall good experience.

This is a great place to stay if you don't mind not being located directly on the beach. The ambiance is wonderful and most people here speak English, which is great for non-Spanish speakers like myself. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor and two small pools with a great view on the rooftop bar. If you are an adult looking for a peaceful atmosphere without kids running around, then this is the perfect place for you to stay in Mazatlan.

Great place to stay if you don’t care about beachfront. The Ambiance is great and pretty much everybody understands English for the non Spanish speakers like me. The restaurant have great breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor, at the roof top bar they have two small pools with a great view. If you are adult and don’t want to have kids running around than this is the place to be in Mazatlan.

My biggest complaint is that it’s very dirty

The room was just average. There did not appear to be any upgrade after asking. I got food poisoning from the cheescake at the restaurant there

Clean and comfortable. Food is very good.

Way too “efing” noisy. All the time. Thumping booming racket till 4AM is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. It totally wrecked our stay. The rooftop bar had disc jockey playing stuff that was not music. It was just horrible noise!! Then there was excessive street noise all day and night. And this was inspite of being assured that we would be given a quiet room. What a joke!!!
