"The Experience in Mazatlán is a beautiful place to stay with a roof top bar and pool and clean rooms and great breakfast"

Place has great location and a lot of potential. Property needs a little love. Staff is mixed and unclear. Check in was off at first and took a good 10-15 minutes to check us in. Valet staff was great.
