Superschöne Anlage mit Meersicht. Wir fühlten uns sehr Wohl und Willkommen. Giovanna ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Die Unterhaltungen mit Ihr waren immer sehr schön und Informativ. Das absolut Beste Frühstück der ganzen Reise. Ihr Sohn "Francesco" bietet Bootstouren an. Er hat uns viel über Vieste und die Grotten erzählt, Sehr interessant, Der Bootsausflug in die Grotten war EXTRAKLASSE. Besser geht nicht. Traumhaft !!

Cercavamo un luogo lontano dalla confusione e dal rumore e lo abbiamo trovato. il residence Maresol è su un colle a 2,5 km circa dal centro di Vieste e 2 km circa dalla spiaggia di Pizzomunno. facilmente raggiungibili. E' un insieme di 20 unità di dimensioni diverse in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla città. Vi è terrazza panoramica, un' area dove giocare a ping pong e area per chi vuol fare un rilassante idromassaggio. Giovanna è una padrona di casa gioviale, allegra e sempre presente e disponibile a soddisfare richieste e necessità. Ottimo il tour alle grotte propostoci.

Il residence si trova in una posizione ottima, la zona è tranquilla e rilassante, lontana dal casino, ma al tempo stesso ad un passo dal mare e dalla città. La vista è eccezionale! L’appartamento era di una dimensione perfetta per una coppia, confortevole, pulito e ben fornito di tutto. La proprietaria è stata gentile e molto disponibile. Struttura davvero consigliatissima!!

Bellissima struttura con camera vista mare e ottima posizione lontana dal caos di Vieste ma vicina a tutto. Giovanna è un host fantastico che prepara ottime colazioni fatte in casa ed è sempre super disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Per chi vuole molte attività possono essere organizzate dalla struttura direttamente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Giovanna is a very hospitable and charismatic hostess. She gave us a map of the area and told us a little about the area and her favorite beaches.
