Using GPS navigation, you can enter Lungomare E. Mattei as your destination. Here you will find a flashing light with directions to the Magnolia hotel. After the Magnolia hotel, turn right 164 feet. After Torre Silvana, a 15th-century tower, you will find the signs for Maresol. The structure's GPS coordinates are N 41.86453° and E 16.15994°. We are present on Google Maps. Air conditioning is available upon request and at an additional cost, as is a shared washing machine. The first supply of linen is included in the total cost. A change of linen is available for a fee. The price list is at the reception. Daily cleaning on request is subject to charges and does not include the kitchen and dishes. The hob, refrigerator and all utensils must be left washed and tidy. Please note that daily cleaning is available upon request at an additional cost of EUR 15 per night. Please note that the breakfast will be unavailable between 01/01/2026 and 15/09/2026.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Residence Maresol je úžasné místo a hostitelka paní Giovanna je velmi milá a příjemná. Apartmán je skvěle vybaven, výhled na zátoku Vieste a moře je okouzlující. Snídaně, které nám hostitelka připravovala formou rautu byly příjemným ranním překvapením. Pobyt jsme si velmi užili a jistě se někdy vrátíme.

Žádný problém nenastal.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La struttura è molto bella, pulita, immersa nel verde e con una vista sul mare spettacolare. L’accoglienza di Giovanna, la titolare, è stata impeccabile: simpatica, gentile e sempre disponibile. Peccato solo per il clima un po’ freddo che non ci ha permesso di usare la Jacuzzi, ma ci torneremo sicuramente con il bel tempo!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une résidence très agréable et très confortable. Georgina nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a dit ce qu'il fallait visiter. Le logement très bien avec terrasse et vue sur mer. Merci aux propriétaires.

Il nous a manqué de l'eau chaude mais nous étions en début de saison et le problème a dû s'arranger.

Superschöne Anlage mit Meersicht. Wir fühlten uns sehr Wohl und Willkommen. Giovanna ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Die Unterhaltungen mit Ihr waren immer sehr schön und Informativ. Das absolut Beste Frühstück der ganzen Reise. Ihr Sohn "Francesco" bietet Bootstouren an. Er hat uns viel über Vieste und die Grotten erzählt, Sehr interessant, Der Bootsausflug in die Grotten war EXTRAKLASSE. Besser geht nicht. Traumhaft !!

"piacevole e rilassante"

Cercavamo un luogo lontano dalla confusione e dal rumore e lo abbiamo trovato. il residence Maresol è su un colle a 2,5 km circa dal centro di Vieste e 2 km circa dalla spiaggia di Pizzomunno. facilmente raggiungibili. E' un insieme di 20 unità di dimensioni diverse in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla città. Vi è terrazza panoramica, un' area dove giocare a ping pong e area per chi vuol fare un rilassante idromassaggio. Giovanna è una padrona di casa gioviale, allegra e sempre presente e disponibile a soddisfare richieste e necessità. Ottimo il tour alle grotte propostoci.
