Good large rooms. Plenty of room. Great location. Warm.

The rooms could have been made more user friendly with small additions. For example, there was nowhere to put things in the bathroom - a chair or small table would have been very helpful. Similarly, there was no bedside lamp in the single/bunk room. The blinds were no good for keeping out the dawn. The rooms could have been cleaner; there was a dirty towel on the floor of the bedroom (admittedly hidden behind the single bed). At one point there was no water running out of either hot or cold taps.

Nice room, great location - no hot water! I mean freezing cold. Informed staff in a friendly manner (it was too late for us to wait around for water to heat up so couldn't shower) - they said thank you, but would not stay again as no reassurance this wouldn't happen again.

The room was spacious and the shower-room was well-lit and pleasant. The bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty. There were no towels provided until we asked for them. There was no toilet paper provided until we asked for it. The bedroom has no curtains, only venetian blinds, so could not be made dark. There was no hot water at times (5pm and 10am).

Clear instructions on arrival. Nice big room. Very clean.
