The room was clean and beds were comfy

The staff at check in was not welcoming at all. No details on the hotel. Just checked me in and gave my card key. The Breakfast was pretty simple, nothing hot, just make your own waffles. Our fridge in the room was loud with it being in side a cubby/closet section? Doors slamming throughout the day.
