We paid for a one queen suite and the “suite” was a 3 ft diviner by the bed and couch. Not much of a suite and no privacy. The pillows weee terrible. Most disappointing was no coffee in am because the lady said only one person knew how to use it

Quiet atmosphere, pretty clean rooms, some dust, ample towels and toiletries

I was quoted on your aite when I booked the room $99 and change and $108 and change was billed to my card. Did not appreciate changing the total with no explanation or notification.

"Staff failed to correct reservation/credit card problems"

The staff was robotic in their greeting and response upon check-in. I reserved two (2) rooms under my name and credit card; yet the reservation system did not reflect this - yet my reservation confirmation did. The breakfast lacked regular coffee; no knapkins; no variety. Upon check-out, the hotel system still did not have both rooms on my credit card . Maybe someone should address this concern?
